Kaylz Academy opens for the 2026/2027 academic year with Grade 1. Grade 2 and further grades will be added as the school grows.
The Three-Speed Classroom
Every child is assessed and placed in the learning group that best matches their current level.
Supported
Children who need additional support to build foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.
On Track
Children who are progressing at the expected level for their grade and age.
Extended
Children who are working above grade level and are ready for greater challenge and depth.
This ensures no child is left behind and no child is held back.
What we cover
Literacy
Phonics, reading groups, writing, and comprehension.
Numeracy
Number work, mental maths, problem solving, and shapes.
Language Arts
Sentence construction, spelling, and penmanship.
Science and Social Studies
Themes linked to local context.
Moral education
Character building and discussion.
STEM, arts and development
Art, music, movement, and games.
Derived from named timetable blocks. Do not add subjects the manual does not name, and do not state hours per subject — the timetable is explicitly a sample.
